Qualified inbound pipeline from $1.8m to $11.4m in 14 months

$1.8m → $11.4m Qualified inbound pipeline, 14 months. 9% → 41% Organic share of pipeline, 18 months. It overtook paid. 63% lower Cost per sales-accepted lead.

The situation

The company had a strong product and an active sales team, but essentially no acquisition function. Marketing activity was fragmented, paid was doing most of the work, and there was no reliable system for turning search demand into qualified pipeline.

We rebuilt the function around the way buyers were already looking for the product. That meant tightening the positioning, restructuring the site around commercial search intent, building a proper content and SEO engine, and connecting acquisition activity into the CRM so we could see what was producing sales-accepted opportunities rather than traffic.

This was never a traffic project. The job was an acquisition function sales could rely on.

That is the short version. What the first ninety days looked like, and what we got wrong on the way, is a conversation rather than a web page.
